Induction loop

We design and install induction loop systems in a wide range of buildings including theatres, museums, auditoriums, training rooms, dance rehearsal spaces and local authority buildings. As an Ampetronic approved installer we have built up a reputation for solving complex site problems and installing in the most challenging building to deliver great sounding and effective assistive listening systems for hearing aid users.

 

Infrared audio

Where the installation of induction loop system is not technically possible or the client’s needs a multichannel approach to assistive listening, we offer infrared audio systems. These can be used by hearing aid equipped persons or by normally hearing people using a range of receiving equipment. They systems are particularly useful in historic buildings where a convention loop installation may not be practical or where audio description for the blind is required.

 

Sound reinforcement

Since 1994 we have been installing sound reinforcement systems for a wide range of clients from simple mixer amplifier announcement system to advanced digitally controlled system with multiple microphone and audio visual sources.

 

We are experienced in matching equipment to provide the best sound in your space with the minimal visual intrusion. We can provide custom colours and finishes for loudspeakers and supply custom equipment cabinets tailored to the client’s needs. We often provide equipment demonstrations when specifying these types of systems and utilise a wide range of measuring and test equipment to commission the equipment.

 

Audiovisual equipment

We can provide a wide range of audio visual equipment including projectors, large format display monitors and projection screens. For larger projects, we work with our trusted AV partners to deliver your projects.

 

EN 54 compliant Voice Alarm & Disabled Refuge Equipment

We can supply complete EN54 compliant designed and built voice alarm equipment racks along with a full range of components. In addition, we offer emergency voice communication ( EVC ), disabled refuge and disabled toilet alarm equipment. Scanaudio can supply the full range of Penton, TOA and Bosch PA equipment including EN54 compliant loudspeakers to meet your project requirements.

 

Epilepsy Seizure Monitor Systems

Scanaudio have been designing and installing specialist epilepsy monitoring equipment since 2000. We offer organisations a scaleable networkable and highly reliable audio monitoring system which can be both locally or remotely monitored. The use of the system is both elegant and simple. The system can accommodate a range of additional features such as staff monitoring of the system whilst away from the base station office, two-way intercom and third party integration with equipment such as sleep apnoea monitors.

 

Service & Maintenance

We offer a range of service and maintenance contracts which can be tailored to meet the client’s operation needs from simple one of callouts to a full equipment and preventative maintenance schedule.
